Concentrated Juice – a juice produced by the physical removal of the water contained in directly expressed juice to increase the soluble solids content not less than two times compared to the original directly expressed juice.

At all stages of production, from the supply of fruits and vegetables to processing facilities to the bottling of the finished concentrated juice, a specialized laboratory carries out strict control of quality and product safety.

To prevent microbiological spoilage the juice is heated to the temperature of at least 92 degrees.Concentrated juice is thick and viscous consistency. Concentrated juices are not added with sugar or any other sweeteners. Concentrated juices are not meant for direct consumption and are used for manufacturing of reconstituted juices, nectars and juice drinks, as well as other foods, such as fruit jelly.

Frozen fruits, vegetables and berries - IQF

Under IQF technology (Individual Quick Freezing) or “shock freezing” products are fast frozen, thus preserving all their taste and useful qualities. The difference between ordinary and IQF freezing is the size of the crystals formed during the process.

During normal freezing crystal is too large, it destroys cell walls, causing leakage of the internal liquid, thereby the texture, nutritional value and taste are spoiled. Shock freezing blocks all negative processes that occur in fruits after harvesting. That is why frozen fruit are always more useful than “fresh”.

Because fruits are collected at the time of its ripeness, when contain the greatest number of useful substances. IQF fruits do not require pasteurization or any additional preparation – they are always ready for use.
